Brogan brings more than 20 years of experience in community development and disaster recovery, including oversight of $12 billion in federal funds, to the professional services firm.

CohnReznick has announced that Jane Brogan has joined its Government and Public Sector Advisory practice. The move adds a specialist with extensive experience in disaster recovery programs to the firm's roster.

Brogan’s background includes more than two decades in program design and delivery, with 15 years spent in senior government positions. During her career, she has guided the deployment of $12 billion in Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds, which were directed toward households, small businesses and infrastructure projects.

Previously, Brogan served as the Chief Policy and Research Officer at the New York Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery. In that role, she led 17 federally funded initiatives and was involved in shaping national policy reform related to disaster recovery.
