Consulting Magazine presents a dynamic program and panel discussion delivering practical insights, actionable strategies, and inspiration to advance women and their careers.

As the consulting industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace, the need for bold, empathetic, and ethical leadership has never been greater. On Nov. 12, 2025, Consulting Magazine will host the Women Leaders in Consulting Professional Series at The Pierre/Taj Hotel in New York City—an afternoon event that unites honorees of the 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting Awards with industry innovators for a high-impact program designed to empower women at every stage of their consulting careers. The event, themed “Leading Boldly: Women Redefining the Future of Consulting,” will feature speakers from Deloitte Global, Wipfli Advisory LLC and F2 Strategy.

This year’s program is a 90-minute session blending three fast-paced lightning talks with a deep-dive panel discussion moderated by Michael Webb, Director of Consulting Magazine. Attendees can expect an engaging, insight-rich experience that delivers practical strategies, real-world lessons, and inspiration to elevate their leadership and impact within the profession.

As part of this year’s Women Leaders in Consulting awards gala honoring the 2025 winners, the Professional Series promises a focused and inspiring program—one that not only celebrates the accomplishments of women in consulting but equips attendees with the insight and confidence to lead boldly into the industry’s future. “Consulting Magazine remains committed to advancing the standards of the profession,” said Webb. “This series is part of that mission, focusing on ethical innovation, resilient performance and credible leadership for women in the industry.”

Attendance for the thought leadership program is complimentary, however seating is limited and guests must register in advance here. Program details, agenda adn registration information can be viewed here.

The series opens with arrival and registration at 3:45 p.m., followed by three lightning presentations tackling critical facets of modern leadership:

AI’s Ethical Frontier: What Women Leaders Must Get Right
Karen Werger, Vice Chair of Deloitte Global, will explore how bias, trust, and governance in AI are reshaping client engagements—and why women leaders are uniquely positioned to guide its ethical evolution. As AI transforms business, Werger emphasizes that the future of responsible innovation depends on human judgment and inclusive decision-making.

Beyond Balance: Work-Life Integration & Mental Health in Consulting
Rebekah Gardner, Chief Growth Officer at Wipfli Advisory LLC, redefines the notion of “balance” in favor of “work-life sway”—the natural rhythm of shifting focus between work and personal priorities. She will share tangible methods for sustaining high performance while modeling healthy leadership practices, from mentoring and therapy to managing personal energy and preventing burnout.

The Leadership Challenge: Navigating Visibility, Influence and Trust
Liz Fritz, Founder and Chief Brand Evangelist at F2 Strategy, and a 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting honoree, will examine how credibility and influence are built in complex professional environments. Her talk will provide actionable insights on establishing trust as a strategic advantage, leading authentically, and navigating gendered expectations without compromising individuality.

Following the lightning sessions, all three speakers will take part in a deep-dive panel discussion, where they will connect their themes—ethics, well-being and influence—into a cohesive dialogue on the evolving realities of leadership in consulting. Webb will moderate an interactive conversation that invites audience engagement and provides concrete takeaways for professional growth.

Webb added, “By pairing this thought leadership program with the Women Leaders in Consulting Awards, we connect celebration with execution— honoring what outstanding leaders achieve and sharing the frameworks others can use to replicate it.”

After the program concludes at 5:30 p.m., attendees are invited to a networking break before the Women Leaders in Consulting Awards cocktail Reception at 6 p.m., followed by the awards ceremony and dinner at 7 p.m.
