New subscription tier adds compensation intelligence, benefits benchmarking, and survey analysis tools aimed at U.S. midsize businesses.
Advisory and solutions firm WTW has announced the launch of Expert Pro, an enhanced version of its AI assistant platform designed for HR, compensation and benefits professionals. The new offering builds on the company's existing Expert platform by incorporating a suite of data-centric tools.
Expert Pro is aimed at helping U.S. midsize businesses manage more complex HR functions. The primary new features include compensation intelligence, which allows users to price jobs using WTW's proprietary compensation data. It also introduces benefits benchmarking capabilities, enabling companies to compare their health, retirement, and benefits plans against industry standards. A third feature provides survey insights, designed to help teams analyze and summarize their internal survey results more efficiently.
These new functionalities are layered on top of the base Expert platform, which provides access to regulatory information, best practices, and assistance with drafting internal communications and searching plan documents.

The original Expert platform was recently named a Top HR Product of 2025 by HR Executive magazine. The launch of Expert Pro signals a deeper move into using proprietary data to augment AI-driven HR tools for the midmarket sector.
