New framework aims to help organizations automate workflows and process unstructured data by integrating generative AI capabilities directly within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Professional services firm RGP has announced the launch of rIQ, a proprietary artificial intelligence accelerator built on the ServiceNow platform. The new offering is designed to help organizations use generative AI to digitize and automate enterprise workflows.
According to the company, rIQ is an intelligent framework designed to complement ServiceNow’s native GenAI capabilities, including Now Assist. It aims to reduce costs and operational inefficiencies by blending AI with human oversight to accelerate decisions and issue resolution.
“We built rIQ on ServiceNow to help organizations tap into the full potential of GenAI to digitize and automate workflows,” said Rory Fitzpatrick, global head of RGP’s ServiceNow practice. “This platform enables organizations to spend more time creating value instead of fixing AI models, dealing with unstructured data, and addressing duplicate work.”
The platform integrates with existing large language models (LLMs) while using ServiceNow’s GenAI controller to manage enterprise security and compliance. Its architecture includes pre-built connectors for over 30 enterprise systems and allows for low-code workflow design.
RGP outlined several key features of the rIQ platform. It is designed to process unstructured data from sources like emails, PDFs and call recordings, transforming them into organized workflows to eliminate manual triage. The system also includes intelligent escalation management to automatically route service requests to the correct teams and a continuous learning model that refines its performance based on feedback from agents and customers.
The launch of rIQ comes as RGP continues to build out its ServiceNow practice. The firm states its team has extensive experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem and was recently recognized at industry events, including ServiceNow Knowledge 2025 and the Singapore ServiceNow Hackathon in 2024.
