Franklin Grosvenor, Partner, Managing Director, AlixPartners.

Former Amazon and Hewlett Packard Enterprise executive brings over two decades of corporate development and M&A integration experience to the firm's transaction advisory practice.

Global consulting firm AlixPartners has named Franklin Grosvenor a Partner & Managing Director in its M&A practice. The appointment follows an eight-month period during which Grosvenor served as a Senior Advisor to the firm, supporting clients on growth strategy and M&A transactions.

Grosvenor joins with more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, holding senior roles at companies including Amazon, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), SAP, and Cisco. His background spans corporate development, operations, sales, and M&A.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Grosvenor was the Head of Worldwide Sales Productivity Programs at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he led transformation initiatives for the company's sales organization. Before his time at AWS, he held several leadership positions at HPE, including Vice President of M&A Integration. In that role, he was a key figure in managing the separation of HP, Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as the subsequent spin-merge deals involving HP's Enterprise Services and software divisions.

Grosvenor holds an MBA from the Drucker Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics from Westmont College.
