Deal adds the UK-based account-based marketing consultancy and its 90 specialists to Accenture Song, continuing the firm's recent string of marketing-focused acquisitions.

Accenture has acquired MomentumABM, a UK-headquartered growth consultancy specializing in account-based marketing (ABM). The firm and its team of approximately 90 employees will be integrated into Accenture Song, the company’s tech and creative services group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2011, MomentumABM provides B2B marketing advisory services, including customer growth strategy, operating model design, and program execution for clients in the technology, financial and B2B services sectors. The acquisition is positioned to strengthen Accenture Song’s ability to serve B2B clients as marketing strategies increasingly shift from traditional methods to more integrated, digital-first approaches.

The move comes as the global market for B2B marketing services is projected to grow from $22.77 billion in 2025 at a compound annual growth rate of 6.7% through 2030, according to market data cited in the announcement. Accenture aims to use MomentumABM's expertise to help enterprise clients develop more customer-centric growth strategies and connected sales and service models.

"Marketing reinvention is a strategic priority for Accenture, especially in complex B2B industries," said Shaheen Sayed, Head of Accenture in the UK, Ireland and Africa.

MomentumABM, which has offices in London and Boston, brings several proprietary methodologies to Accenture, including its ABM Adoption Framework and the Customer Buying Index (CBX), which is based on research of C-suite decision-makers. The consultancy previously expanded its own capabilities with the acquisition of ITSMA five years ago.

Alisha Lyndon, CEO and founder of MomentumABM, noted that by joining Accenture Song, the company will combine its B2B marketing expertise with Accenture's global scale and investments in AI.

This acquisition is the latest in a series of purchases by Accenture Song intended to build out its marketing transformation capabilities. Other recent acquisitions include Unlimited, GemSeek, Mindcurv and ConcentricLife. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
