Firm is making its Multi Agentic Platform for Customer Services available in the new AI Agents and Tools category, aiming to streamline procurement and deployment for enterprise clients.

Digital business transformation firm Publicis Sapient has announced that its Multi Agentic Platform for Customer Services is now available on the AWS Marketplace. The move places the company’s offering within the marketplace’s new AI Agents and Tools category, allowing customers to procure and deploy the AI solution using their existing AWS accounts.

The platform is designed to integrate AI-driven automation into customer service operations, augmenting the work of human agents. The goal is to improve efficiency and scalability for organizations looking to implement AI solutions in their customer-facing departments.

By listing its platform on the AWS Marketplace, Publicis Sapient aims to simplify the buying process for enterprises. This approach can reduce the time typically spent on vendor evaluations and contract negotiations, enabling companies to manage licensing and payments through their centralized AWS accounts.

“By offering Multi Agentic Platform for Customer Services in AWS Marketplace, we’re providing customers with a streamlined way to access our professional services and platform capabilities, helping them buy and deploy agent solutions faster and more efficiently,” said Umesh Shiknis, Global Chief Growth Officer at Publicis Sapient.

According to the company, the platform includes several core components:

  • A pre-built generative AI stack with templates for customer service workflows to accelerate deployment.
  • Customer service automation agents designed to run on scalable infrastructure, supported by an automated Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps) pipeline.
  • Enterprise-level observability tools to monitor performance and reliability.

From a technical standpoint, the platform is delivered as bespoke containers deployed in Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) and utilizes AWS Bedrock services. It supports Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integration into existing enterprise systems and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication protocols to facilitate automation across interconnected systems.
