Global consulting firm AlixPartners, has appointed Andrew Csicsila and Meaghan Schmidt to serve as Co-Heads of the Americas region. The new co-leaders were both Partners and Managing Directors at the firm and were selected following an internal process.

Csicsila and Schmidt succeed Andy Eversbusch and Lisa Donahue, who have been instrumental in driving substantial growth across the Americas and Asia. Andy and Lisa played crucial roles in the firm’s success throughout their tenure.

Both bring complementary strengths and shared commitment to excellence, collaboration and culture. Their leadership will be instrumental as AlixPartners continues to expand across the Americas region.

Csicsila most recently led the Consumer Products practice in the Americas at AlixPartners. He is an expert in the consumer goods industry, with extensive experience across household products, consumer electronics, food and beverage, and home care. He has advised CEOs, executive teams and boards on complex business transformations, global end-to-end supply chain strategies, operating model designs and capability building. He has also led a number of private equity engagements, including conducting due diligences and improving business performance of portfolio companies.

Schmidt was most recently a Senior Partner and Managing Director at AlixPartners. She has over two decades of experience as a forensic accountant, handling global investigations and providing litigation support, including testimony. She has conducted internal investigations in some of the most complex and highest-profile corporate accounting, financial-reporting and anticorruption matters in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Additionally, Meaghan has served as a management board member on the firm’s Board of Directors and also sits on our Risk Management Committee.
