Taran Grove, Delivery Excellence Director, Point B

Taran Grove is a Senior Delivery Excellence Leader at Point B. She brings 30 years of experience in leading large-scale transformations at the intersection of people, process and technology. Her work spans the health care, consumer and retail, telecommunications, financial services and maritime services industries. Her expertise is in leading cross-functional implementations, including HRIS, EHR, ERP, and WMS and the turnaround of underperforming programs. She is a trusted partner for customers and consultants alike, providing mentorship and council to help unlock the potential of the people around her. Taran holds an MBA from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University. She is PMP certified and has been a Seafair Torchlight Parade judge in the Seattle community for more than 20 years.
