Sanket is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of expertise in accounting, risk and business transformation. Raised in London, he earned a physics degree from UCL before joining PwC, where he specialized in audit and risk assurance, particularly in financial controls. After leaving PwC, Sanket joined Accenture’s CFO&EV practice, delivering various finance transformation projects and building deep expertise in operating models and shared services. In 2021, Sanket joined CrossCountry as a Boston Business Transformation practice leader. He leverages his cross-functional skillset to deliver impactful, technology-enabled solutions that enhance client enterprise value. Sanket also leads the FloQast practice at CrossCountry, where he collaborates closely with FloQast to drive growth and foster innovation. His technical abilities and leadership skills have been instrumental in building strong client relationships, cultivating a positive team culture, and mentoring emerging leaders. As a qualified ACA, Sanket combines his deep technical expertise with a strategic, cross-functional, forward-thinking approach to ensure long-term success for his clients. Outside of work, Sanket is passionate about sports and is an avid Liverpool fan.
