Randal Kenworthy leads West Monroe’s global Consumer & Industrial Products practice, which serves clients across the manufacturing, distribution and transportation, and retail sectors. He oversees a portfolio of solutions that help clients stay agile, innovative, and efficient amid rapid industry changes. Randal works at the forefront of digital manufacturing since its conceptualization—including advancing applications of the Internet of Things (IoT). His expertise in IoT and other emerging manufacturing technologies has improved operations across product engineering, smart buildings and supply chains, driving profitability and customer satisfaction. He serves on the Board of Advisors of the Manufacturing Leadership Council. With nearly three decades of consulting experience, Randal has guided companies through digital transformation to optimize IT, finance and supply chain functions. He recently helped a Fortune 50 company accelerate product launch by four months while increasing R&D efficiency by 30%. He has also built and grown successful consulting and delivery teams for multiple organizations. Before joining West Monroe in 2022, he led Cognizant’s IoT and Engineering practice, transforming it into a top-performing group. Randal holds an MBA from Yale and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Boston College. He is a passionate promoter of STEM education, mentor and advocate for autoimmune research.
