
As Vice President at EVERSANNA in the Value and Evidence Division, Megan Bourque’s role is strategizing what HEOR activities are paramount to demonstrating the inherent value of a product, with the ultimate goal of achieving market access and reimbursement success. She loves the challenge of leveraging and communicating robust data in a way that payers, providers and patients understand. At a fundamental level, this task involves designing and developing health economic models, value communication tools and primary research outputs. Bourque leads and manages pharmaceutical and medical device projects to support reimbursement decisions, market access, and patient and provider education. Key project experience includes HTA submission strategy and management, economic modelling, systematic literature review, evidence synthesis, Delphi panels, clinical summaries and dossiers, case studies and value messaging tools. She is experienced across disease areas, specializing in oncology, multiple sclerosis, ophthalmology, cystic fibrosis and implantable devices. Her academic training includes an HBSc from the University of Toronto, and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from McMaster University.
