Mano Sekar is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Strategy practice, where he brings deep expertise in business strategy, operational transformation, cost management, and operating model design across a range of industries. He is a trusted advisor to many senior executives in the life sciences and automotive sectors, known for his proven track record in architecting and delivering complex business operations transformation programs that drive measurable impact and help business leaders navigate and succeed in an increasingly complex business milieu.

Prior to his consulting career, Mano held product development leadership roles at Cummins, where he successfully led cross-functional teams in taking innovative products from concept to production.

He holds an MBA from Duke University, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy in India. Mano’s unique combination of strategic insight, engineering depth, and execution rigor enables him to deliver transformative outcomes for his clients.
