Kristi Phillips serves as Managing Director and Nonprofit Market Lead for Attain Partners where she leads go-to market strategy, business development and supports the successful delivery of the portfolio of services including Salesforce innovation, strategic transformation, organizational change management, and enterprise transformation for Attain Partners’ nonprofit and social impact clients. Kristi has been working directly with nonprofits to accelerate their impact and deliver creative solutions that address the people, processes, and technology associated with digital transformation since 2008. Prior to consulting, Kristi served as Director of Global Data Management at Teach For All, where she pioneered using technology as a lever to accelerate organization impact and growth. At Teach For All, she designed and implemented technology solutions for 30+ organizations around the globe. Before Teach For All, Kristi worked at Education Pioneers as their Director of Strategic Site Support and Operations. Kristi began her career as a Teach For America Corps Member in Phoenix, Arizona, where she taught elementary special education. Her experience in the classroom solidified her commitment to education reform and social justice. Kristi holds a Master’s in Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
