Frank Giunta is a Professional Engineer with over 45 years of experience in engineering and construction consulting. He has been involved in project management oversight and the evaluation, management and resolution of construction claims. Frank has delivered expert witness testimony on more than 65 occasions in multiple legal forums and alternative dispute venues. He has testified on issues such as differing site conditions, defective contract documents, adequacy of design, construction defects, schedule delays, productivity evaluations and cost analysis. He has managed complex consulting assignments on behalf of owners, engineers, contractors, insurers and financial institutions. Frank’s assignments have included highways and bridges, dams, power facilities, water/wastewater treatment, landfills and building construction. He has also designed civil structures, including roads, highways, railroads, hydraulic structures and underground piping systems, and prepared engineer estimates and technical specifications. Frank has lectured extensively throughout the Americas on project delivery systems, risk management, and dispute avoidance and resolution. He is a former adjunct faculty member of Drexel University and Widener University, where he taught in the construction management program. Frank has been honored as a fellow of the Project Management College of Scheduling.
