2025 Top Consultants: Eric Stettler

Eric Stettler is a partner and a global business leader in Kearney’s Digital and Analytics (D&A) practice. He joined Kearney as a summer associate during business school and has been with the firm’s technology practice since. Based in Dallas, Eric has 25 years of consulting experience at Kearney in digital transformation with corporate clients in the consumer goods, high-tech, financial services and utilities industries. His work with these clients covers a wide range of topics, including merger integration, technology strategy definition, large-scale digital transformation, margin improvements, launching joint ventures in new regions, and transforming business operations. As a global business leader, Eric leads Kearney’s Technology Transformation business. Prior to this role, Eric was the global and Americas leader of the Digital Transformation practice. He has led some of Kearney’s most important global client D&A work across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Over his 10+ years in leadership, Eric has played a critical role in building some of Kearney’s most impactful D&A client services.
