Ben Egner is a Principal at Greencastle Associates Consulting. He is a seasoned implementation consultant who has developed a robust skillset through leading large scale overseas military operations and corporate transformations. He has certifications in project management, change management and process improvement. His experience across several client engagements allows him to lead teams that drive change and turn executive client visions into reality. He has worked on strategic engagements in multiple areas, including the Utility, Chemical Engineering and Government sectors. Prior to working at Greencastle, Ben served five years as an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps; spending most of his career training foreign national militaries overseas. He was awarded his bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2012.
