
Jennings has over 40 years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, business valuations and asset recovery. He works with clients to provide business control and risk management services and expert witness testimony in domestic and international courts.
Jennings specializes in uncovering financial irregularities, quantifying damages, implementing robust internal controls, and guiding corporations and government agencies toward financial clarity and security. He has conducted investigations for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Marshals Service.

In 2022, Jennings authored Fraud Investigation and Forensic Accounting in the Real World, a book that draws on his case experience to guide the reader through every aspect of forensic accounting, anti-fraud control systems and fraud investigations.

Before joining HKA, Jennings was a Senior Director at Delta Consulting Group. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Financial Forensics, Accredited in Business Valuation, and a licensed private detective.
