Global strategy consultancy L.E.K. Consulting announced that Tim Ogonoski has joined the firm as a Managing Director and Partner to lead the firm’s Healthcare Services Performance Improvement practice. Ogonoski is based in L.E.K.’s Chicago office.
This appointment strengthens L.E.K.’s growing Healthcare Services practice and expands its ability to deliver high-impact, results-driven solutions to U.S. healthcare providers. With more than 25 years of experience in both consulting and C-suite roles, Ogonoski brings deep expertise in financial optimization, operational strategy, and organizational turnaround for large-scale hospitals, healthcare systems and academic medical centers.

Before joining L.E.K., Ogonoski held senior roles at Huron, GE Healthcare, Washington University and BJC Healthcare. He has led initiatives in revenue enhancement, operational efficiency, and pre- and post-transaction support, generating lasting impact across the healthcare spectrum.
Ogonoski holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
