Nominations are now open for Consulting Magazine’s 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting. This marks the publication’s 20th year identifying and honoring those women whose work, character and leadership have made a measurable difference, not only for their firms and clients, but the industry as a whole.
Professional women leaders are driving transformation across our industry. In a profession unquestionably dominated by men, their insight, resilience, and ability to navigate complex challenges are shaping the future of consulting.
“Recognizing the accomplishments of women leaders doesn’t simply lead to breaking glass ceilings—it builds stronger, more inclusive organizations able to deliver better results for clients, firms and the profession,” said Consulting Magazine’s Director, Michael A. Webb.
The 2025 program includes two new categories which have been included to encompass areas of growth in the industry.
- The Excellence in Strategy & Operations category honors outstanding execution of strategic actions, practices, or innovation in firm operations and client service delivery resulting in improved operational success.
- The Technology Trailblazer category recognizes those professionals who have applied, designed or developed unique or innovative technology solutions addressing client or industry issues/needs.

Acknowledging the achievements and contributions of women leaders challenges longstanding biases, highlights diverse role models and encourages the next generation of female consultants to pursue their aspirations without limitations—strengthening organizational performance, fostering innovative thinking, better decision-making and improved outcomes.
The 2025 honorees will be recognized at a gala dinner and awards ceremony in November in New York City.
