
Schumacher is the founder of BCG Digital Ventures, the innovation arm of the Boston Consulting Group, and has co-founded over 100 early-growth companies. He also recently founded Growth Protocol, a software company focused on neuro-symbolic AI. In his new role at EY-Parthenon, Schumacher will have the opportunity to leverage his extensive experience in digital innovation to drive the growth of the new platform.
Schumacher emphasized the importance of designing businesses around growth, noting, “Businesses that are not designing themselves around growth may quickly become dinosaurs. We help them create a model and a platform to grow so they can win at Enterprise Moneyball.”
Schumacher’s appointment is part of a broader effort by EY-Parthenon to enhance its focus on AI-driven value creation. The firm is also investing $250 million in Edge platforms through a partnership with Microsoft and OpenAI.
