Congratulations to the honorees, firms, colleagues, and peers who gathered last night at in Chicago to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of the 2025 class of Rising Stars of the Profession gala dinner and thought leadership program.

Prior to the awards dinner, Consulting Magazine hosted the Rising Stars Professional Series: Innovate, Adapt, Succeed: Future-Proofing Your Career, a two-hour thought leadership program to help guide and elevate career trajectories and prepare young leaders for their ever-evolving career in the consulting industry.
