Sarah Pomeranz, CEO, Consultants for Impact

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Sarah Pomeranz has been leading Consultants for Impact since 2022. Before this, she worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture, where she founded an employee resource group encouraging colleagues to develop high-impact, evidence-based career and donation strategies. A summa cum laude graduate of Rutgers University and an Honors College Scholar, Sarah earned a BS in global business, entrepreneurship and social justice. While in college, she co-founded Sulis, a social venture developing solar-powered water-cleaning technology for communities in India. Sarah led Sulis to the finals of the $1 million Hult Prize Accelerator and was named one of 2019’s Top 3 American student entrepreneurs by Entrepreneur Organization. Sarah has pledged to donate 10% of her lifetime earnings to highly effective charities and is deeply committed to using business for social change. Sarah has served on the board of several nonprofits, presented on four continents, and delivered a TEDx Talk entitled “How Not to Ruin the World with Your Good Intentions.”
