Matt Semetulskis’ journey at AArete began nearly 10 years ago when he joined as an analyst in 2015. After four promotions, Matt now serves as a director of AArete’s health care payer practice. Matt is an integral part of the profitability improvement, digital & transformation, and strategy & change service lines, playing a pivotal role in predictive modeling and health equity solution development.
With 15+ mentees across teams and levels, Matt is known at AArete for his commitment to mentorship and routinely lifts up his colleagues through coaching and counseling. He is also active in AArete’s internship program and is the single largest contributor to AArete’s entry-level full-time position recruitment. Matt’s guidance and training enrich the internship experience, leading the way for the next generation of AAretians to learn and grow. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business – Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
