Francesca Galuppo, Senior Analyst, Point B

Francesca “Frankie” Galuppo is a Senior Analyst in Point B’s Operations and Supply Chain practice. She joined the firm in 2022 after graduating cum laude from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where she was actively involved in the university’s Women in Business and Make-A-Wish organizations. Frankie has experience in project and program management and is passionate about storytelling, growth opportunities, and building meaningful relationships with her customers. She leads the firm’s Emerging Leader Cohort, a group dedicated to serving early career associates through development programming, culture-building activities, networking, and mentoring opportunities by partnering with firm executives. Outside of work, Frankie serves as the Events & Social Chair for the Chicago Hub of Global Shapers. She is also learning Italian and getting her real estate license.
