The 2025 Rising Stars of the Profession: Andrew Henry

Andrew Henry is a Delivery Director and leader in Spaulding Ridge’s Finance and Operations practice. He is an experienced finance professional, who successfully deploys technology solutions from OneStream and Anaplan to drive business and finance transformation. As an Engagement and Project Lead, Andrew manages teams through multimillion-dollar opportunities. He is an expert at ensuring client success, and is dedicated to creating solutions around strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Louis University, and his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University. Outside of the office, he prioritizes spending time giving back to his community as President of the Board of Directors of Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (KEEN) Chicago. In addition to his time at Spaulding Ridge, Andrew has seven years of experience in finance, consulting and investments.
