Dr. Gaiser has a unique blend of expertise, drawing on his experience as a full-time outsourced HEOR lead for a large pharmaceutical company supporting a new product launch, as well as his managed care background. In his most recent role before joining Market Access & Healthcare Consulting, Dr. Gaiser worked at UPMC Health Plan in the Pharmacy Services Department supporting prior authorization review and executing a variety of care management interventions to support Medicare plan members.
Dr. Gaiser earned his doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh with a concentration in Health Economics and Outcomes Research. He holds an Optimal Pain Management Certificate from Duquesne. He earned his Master of Science Degree in Applied Pharmacoeconomics at the University of Florida, and, most recently, graduated from Stetson University with a Master of Business Administration degree.
