Consulting Magazine announces the 2025 Rising Stars Professional Series, “Innovate, Adapt, Succeed: Future-Proofing Your Career,” a unique thought leadership program developed in association with the Rising Stars of the Profession Awards in Chicago, April 3.

For the ninth year, the magazine honors this group of outstanding individuals, 36 and under, who are shaking up the industry and redefining the consulting profession. (View the 2025 honorees here.) In addition, we are hosting a two-hour knowledge-packed session designed to deliver insight, guidance and advice for aspiring professionals looking to develop a successful consulting career.

Jenny Rae Le Roux, Chief Executive Officer, Management Consulted

The keynote program, “From High Potential to High Impact: Defining Your Leadership Legacy,” is designed for early career professionals, facing choices that will define their professional legacy. What if the key to success isn’t about balance, but about impact? Keynote presenter Jenny Rae Le Roux, CEO of Management Consulted will challenge conventional wisdom, explore why initiative matters more than titles, how to attract mentors willing to invest in you, and why your network is your greatest asset.

Following the keynote, Le Roux will moderate “Beyond the CV: Building a Personal Brand That Propels Your Career,” with a distinguished panel consisting of industry leaders and Rising Star honorees:

Consulting Magazine Director Michael A. Webb will close out the program with “Sustaining Success: How to Keep Growing Without Burning Out,” a moderated roundtable discussion featuring the entire presenting faculty.
