Sue Saikia, North Highland Vice President, has over 20 years of experience in consulting across the telecommunications, retail and transportation industries. Over the past 13 years at North Highland, she has led multiple accounts and industry groups, as well as some of the firm’s largest client transformation projects. Sue currently leads 50% of North Highland’s UK market. Sue is also passionate about making North Highland a fulfilling place to work for all. She has led the North Highland Academy for 2 years, supporting consultants in their early careers, and she has also served as the executive sponsor of the firm’s PRIDE employee resource group.
Sue and her husband Sanjay have 2 children - Sam (10) and Harry (7).
