As the Vice President and Head of Consulting at Halloran Consulting Group, Inc., she leads a team of experts who design and implement solutions that deliver impactful business results and create a competitive advantage for our clients.
Her core competencies include management consulting, quality and compliance, business process improvement, risk management and organizational transformation. She is passionate about embedding a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and innovation into life science companies and enabling them to achieve their strategic goals. I have a proven track record of leading successful initiatives that optimize organizational performance, enhance customer satisfaction and ensure regulatory compliance.
Before joining Halloran, Sheila was a director at Alexion where she supported the development and implementation of a quality management framework that included the standardization of procedures, systems, training and processes. Before joining Alexion, Sheila held a series of progressive positions with Pfizer, Inc. in clinical quality, operations and training.
