Nicole Costello has over 20 years of procurement transformation experience that includes building procurement functions from grassroots and creating the operational framework for complex regional and global procurement operations across services, financial, manufacturing, food & beverage, and transportation industries. Having much experience designing strategic global procurement category strategies and strategic sourcing, Nicole has led targeted sourcing and category management workshops across continents and elevated procurement leaders and category managers skills by designing and delivering training materials that can be applied to a broad range of categories and industries.
Currently a Senior Manager with ProcureAbility, Nicole advises clients on procurement best practices leveraging her deep procurement insights and expertise to enhance their day-to-day operations. Her previous procurement leadership role within industry was focused on creating a seamless, scalable end-to-end strategic procurement function for a company in the AV industry undergoing accelerated growth due to acquiring 10 companies.
Nicole is an avid traveler who speaks German and is learning Italian, and she enjoys long-distance running.
