Kim is a senior partner in West Monroe’s Organization, People & Change practice. With 30 years of experience in both HR functional and consulting leadership roles, she guides clients through all people-related aspects of transformation—whether that is a merger or acquisition, a technology modernization initiative, or other major organizational change. Kim is also a member of the Investment Committee of West Monroe Capital, which invests alongside private equity clients in cases where West Monroe can add value.

Prior to joining West Monroe in 2022, Kim was a managing partner and board member of Sapient Insights Group. She previously spent 15 years in market and in other leadership roles with Mercer. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Louisiana State University.

Kim has a passion for advising and investing in women-owned businesses. She is a co-founder and general partner of The JumpFund, which invests women’s capital in female-led companies with growth potential. She is also a board member of Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and Venture Atlanta, and a board advisor to Endeavor, which supports high-impact entrepreneurs globally. She is the past vice chair of the board of PAWS, Georgia’s oldest and largest no-kill animal shelter.
