Excellence in Leadership
Kelly graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Engineering. She worked at Quorum Business Solutions and quickly rose through the ranks to become Manager, where she oversaw several successful oil and natural gas software implementation projects. Kelly then worked for Army Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) as a Manager, where she oversaw a critical global warehouse management system upgrade project for 11 large retail distribution centers. While working full time at AAFES, Kelly earned her MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business.
Post-MBA, Kelly transitioned to the management and technology consulting world, where she has helped numerous North Texas clients tackle their toughest problems as part of Two Roads Consulting.
As a founder and part of the company’s leadership team, Kelly has played an integral role in the firm’s growth. She serves as a mentor to many team members and has been a strong advocate for many important internal initiatives, including increasing the emphasis on gender and racial diversity in our hiring and doing more to give back within the North Texas community and as a campus recruiting leader for all UT and SMU recruiting efforts.
