Kate earned her Bachelor of Science Biological Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University Park in 2012. Shortly after graduating Kate worked for JP Morgan Chase as a Trade Settlement Supervisor leading a team to facilitate collateral management and client relationships with externally facing clients. She also provided direct support to the Stock Barrow Loan desk to increase business earnings and reduce the trading desk profit loss. While working at JP Morgan Kate joined the United States National Guard where she served as a Logistics Officer and Company Commander. In 2019, Kate worked for the Department of the Army as a Supervisor Surface Maintenance Specialist where she forecast, managed, and allocated operational funding to ensure proper resource allocation to include staffing and hiring of personnel. While serving in the National Guard and working for the Department of the Army Kate also earned her Master of Business Administration from DeSales University in 2020. Kate currently works at Greencastle Associates Consulting where she continued her educational journey earning her Project Management Professional, Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Change Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Professional Scrum Master Certifications all while serving an array of clients.
