Mentor of the Year
Jen Fagan brings over 20 years of experience in consulting and financial services, including a strong background in leading business transformation strategy and execution, mergers and acquisitions, as well as system conversions. She is adept at working with technology and business partners to improve processes impacted by change. Additionally, Jen has effectively managed cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to delivery results leveraging her unique blend of project management and technical skills to plan, design, and execute innovative solutions to her client’s biggest challenges. Within Point B, Jen serves as a mentor and coach, for over 65 associates in our Management Consulting Services organization. She is an avid biker, riding each year in Bike MS events in Charlotte and New York. Outside of work, Jen volunteers and organizes support for the local nonprofit A Roof Above, is an active member of the Charlotte Women’s Chorus, and spends time outdoors with her 15-year-old daughter.
