A Partner in Kearney, Isabel leads the firm’s Strategy, Growth and Organization Transformation Practice across the Middle East and Africa. Backed by over 20 years of consulting experience, she works across industries to help leaders and organizations anticipate, benefit from the opportunities and surmount the challenges of change.
Isabel works with clients across the most critical topics, co-creating what is next for the public and private sector (strategy & growth) – and most importantly, how to make it happen (organization transformation).
Based in the Middle East for the past sixteen years, Isabel has previously lent her expertise to clients undergoing large-scale transformation programs and transactions endeavors across Europe.
A regular contributor to media commentaries on DEI topics in the Middle East, Isabel holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Porto, Portugal and an MBA from INSEAD.
