Emily Panozzo brings over 15 years of experience in designing and leading initiatives to align people, processes, and technology resources to drive business results. She has proven success leading organizations through complex transitions, including technology implementations, business process transformations and organizational redesigns. She has extensive experience within the health care industry, primarily academic medical centers, as well as health plans and other professional service firms. At Point B, Emily serves as the Director of Business Performance, a new discipline within Point B that is responsible for identifying, managing, and governing revenue KPIs within the delivery organization. Emily is a mother to 2 young daughters and is actively involved in volunteering at their school as well as being an advocate for celiac disease awareness, education and policy.
