Beth Beghou is founder and CEO of Beghou Consulting. She founded the firm because she believed she could help life sciences commercial teams make better use of their data to uncover insights and more successfully go to market. Under her leadership, Beghou enjoyed steady growth over the past three decades. Throughout her career, Beth has helped life sciences companies address sales and marketing issues. Drawing on a deep understanding of commercialization strategies in the industry, she has worked with emerging and established companies on incentive compensation planning, sales force sizing, territory design, targeting and more.
Today, the firm works alongside innovative companies on all aspects of commercial strategy and execution, helping these companies commercialize their life-changing therapies and ultimately get them to patients who need them. As CEO, Beth focuses on nurturing and growing the Beghou team and continuing to drive the firm’s innovation to help clients navigate the complex and ever-changing health care marketplace.
Beth earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in French and economics from the University of Nebraska. She was a senior engagement manager at a global sales and marketing consultancy before founding Beghou Consulting in 1993.
