Kevin Asher and Tim Zanni to foster growth in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley market.

CrossCountry Consulting has announced the appointment of two San Francisco-based members to its Advisory Council: Kevin Asher, a former Senior Partner and business leader at Ernst & Young (EY); and Tim Zanni, a Qualified Financial Expert and former Senior Leader at KPMG LLP. Asher and Zanni will play an instrumental role in expanding the firm's presence and capabilities in the Bay Area market.

Asher joins the Advisory Council with a proven track record in addressing complex financial and strategic planning matters. With close to 40 years working directly with executive management teams and boards of Fortune 50 technology and industrial companies, he brings deep unparalleled expertise in finance and governance, challenging regulatory matters and evolving landscapes.

Zanni has over four decades of experience in professional services and business development leadership. In his previous leadership positions, he successfully led a global multibillion-dollar business and spearheaded initiatives in Silicon Valley's technology sector. Zanni's expertise in health and life sciences, alongside his advisory roles across diverse industries, will help to support CrossCountry's growth strategies.

"We are thrilled to welcome Kevin and Tim to our growing Advisory Council," said Erik Linn, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at CrossCountry Consulting. "Their combined expertise and strategic guidance will be invaluable as we continue to grow our San Francisco Bay Area practice and develop meaningful solutions that address the current and future needs of our clients in that market and beyond."

"The Bay Area represents a dynamic market with immense opportunities," said Asher. "I am excited to support CrossCountry as they continue to build on their strong foundation and drive growth and success for their clients across the region."

"I am honored to join the CrossCountry Advisory Council and be part of a firm that is committed to providing best-in-class advisory services to its clients," added Zanni. "I look forward to contributing to their efforts as they look to enhance their presence across the market."

Since opening its doors in 2011, CrossCountry has seen remarkable and sustained growth, with offices in Washington, D.C., Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco and Seattle, as well as employees in strategic locations around the world. The Bay Area market is a strategic priority given the firm's local client base and the region's prominence as a global technology hub.
