BIP has announced the appointment of Paul Fenton as Partner, Public Sector. Paul brings over 30 years of deep industry expertise in the public sector, with a proven track record of delivering transformative operating models and driving successful digital transformation initiatives.
Paul has held senior roles at the Cabinet Office, Accenture, Capita and Serco, shaping strategic growth and delivering large-scale transformations across the public sector. Having led initiatives to modernize government services and enhance digital capabilities, he also played a pivotal role in advancing the UK Government's Digital Britain agenda.
In his new role, Paul will lead BIP's Public Sector Practice at a time when government transformation is crucial and value-driven solutions are more important than ever. Working at the intersection of technology and public sector innovation, his extensive experience and leadership will be instrumental in guiding BIP's efforts to drive innovation and deliver exceptional outcomes. With an initial focus on supporting Home Affairs, Health and Social Care communities, his strategic vision will be key in supporting clients to navigate complex challenges and achieve impactful results.
