  • Engagement with employees: We have numerous programs to ensure our employees collaborate and network internally (e.g., Brown Bags, Practice Area meetings, semi-annual All Hands meetings, & numerous corporate events).
  • Support of charities This approach not only contributes to a thriving work environment but also ensures that every team member feels supported and empowered to achieve their full potential.

  • Hiring and retaining top talent
  • Determining how to leverage AI in the most practical and ethical manner
  • Anticipating the changing philosophy of the federal government due to the upcoming presidential transition.
