Supply chain and operations optimization is another critical area, with a focus on building more resilient and agile supply chains and operations in response to global disruptions such as pandemics and geopolitical tensions. Integrating sustainable practices into supply chain management to meet regulatory requirements and consumer demand for eco-friendly products is becoming increasingly important. Moreover, the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technologies can improve supply chain transparency and efficiency.
