SEC private fund unit veteran to co-lead tech-enabled mock examination team.
Governance, risk, and compliance advisory, ACA Group, has announced that Michele Foldenauer has joined the firm as a Managing Director and a leader of the tech-enabled Mock Examination Team. With more than 20 years of experience in the securities industry, Foldenauer brings a deep well of knowledge and expertise that will benefit clients and the ACA Group advisory team.
Foldenauer held senior leadership roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) within the Private Funds Unit. Her extensive background in regulatory compliance and private funds, coupled with her leadership excellence, makes her a strategic addition to the firm. Her direct experience with regulatory authorities equips her with a unique perspective on the challenges and intricacies facing today's clients.
In her new role, Foldenauer will help lead and grow the practice with a focus on leading tech-enabled mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews. These services are critical for helping clients maintain robust and compliant operations. Her leadership will further elevate ACA's ability to provide clients with differentiated value add, including data analytics and the most current, accurate, thorough, and practical insights to prepare for regulatory examinations and mitigate potential risks.
