Rob Sherrell is Managing Director at North Highland, where he leads products, services, and partnerships globally for the employee-owned management consulting firm. He has 25 years of transformation expertise, with a focus on innovation, customer-driven transformation, customer strategy, and employee experience. This has resulted in him directing hundreds of successful engagements across industries.

Since joining North Highland in 2006, Rob has been a catalyst for their growth. He led the development of the firm's differentiated services and built their global CX and EX consulting practices, which are now recognized by organizations such as Gartner and Forrester Research.

Prior to this, Rob served as Director of Worldwide Marketing Communications for Delta Air Lines where he led their global marketing. He founded their first digital marketing department, which involved pioneering many of the airline industry's online marketing innovations.

Rob is a graduate of Louisiana State University and holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina. He is a frequent global keynote and conference speaker on customer experience and transformation topics, and also serves as Co-Executive Sponsor of the Women in North Highland (WiN) ERG.
