He manages the largest utility engagements and serves as the Executive Sponsor of the firm's DEI Employee Resource Group. With a rich background in strategic procurement, Carlos brings extensive expertise including Complex Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement Operations in direct and indirect categories.

During his career, Carlos has cultivated a strong portfolio of Consulting and Managed Services engagements for major global brands across industries including Manufacturing, Technology, Social-Media, CPG, Insurance, Retail, Logistics, Automotive, Utilities and Education. In his leadership capacity, Carlos has developed multicultural procurement teams across Asia, Europe, Latin America and the U.S..

Originally from Colombia, Carlos moved to the U.S. to pursue his BA in Economics and MS in Finance at FIU. His journey has taken him to live in 8 cities across 5 continents, enhancing his worldview with diverse perspectives.
