Dean Sengstock, Professional Services+ Practice Leader, Partner, RSM US LLP
RSM US LLP has announced that Dean Sengstock will lead its new Professional Services+ (PS+) Practice, effective June 1, 2024. The new PS+ Practice is the evolution of the former RSM Alliance.
RSM's PS+ Practice provides professional service firms in accounting, consulting, law and other professions access to a wide range of services, leading tools and tailored solutions to accelerate their growth. PS+ clients may participate in the PS+ Collaborative, a value-added client benefit that facilitates peer-to-peer engagement around the unique and evolving needs of their organizations, their clients and their people through annual conferences, peer groups, workshops, roundtables and other interactions.

Sengstock is a partner with RSM US LLP and served as the national leader of the former RSM Alliance, an affiliation of independent professional service firms in the United States, Canada, the Cayman Islands and Puerto Rico. Prior to that he was a tax professional who specialized in professional service firms. He is a certified public accountant and certified management accountant. He earned a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. He resides in Minneapolis and enjoys golfing, boating and spending time with family.
