Upendra Dharmadhikary is a Managing Consultant and Senior Vice President at Tech Mahindra Consulting. With over thirty years of work experience, Upendra has undertaken consulting engagements focused on the Business and IT functions across Communications, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Manufacturing sectors, spanning various geographies.

Upendra advises clients on BPR using technology, defining new IT operating models, and business engagement for IT programs, along with Organization Change Management and Value Realization. He has successfully led digital transformation agenda for multiple clients. His significant leadership role in steering a multi-million, multi-year digital transformation program, involving 300+ projects across continents and 2000+ team members, underscores his expertise.

Upendra has been at the forefront of innovation, participating in UK Innovate programs advocating Smart Energy initiatives and 5G implementation for autonomous vehicles. He has also made significant contributions to society, notably as part of the Milton Keynes Smart Program and as a local council member for smart city initiatives. He works with the World Economic Council to drive the EDISON initiative.

Before joining Tech Mahindra in 2001, Upendra was engaged in the Chemical Industry for about 9 years. Apart from his professional pursuits, Upendra enjoys reading poetry and listening to music.
