Trupti is a Director at Slalom and has led complex digital modernization, transformation, and innovation initiatives for top organizations across the world. Trupti is known for her creative thinking, deep technology expertise, collaborative leadership, and passion and commitment for inclusion, diversity, and equity. Trupti continues to break barriers as a woman of color in technology, leading with authenticity and vulnerability. She is well known for her empathetic leadership, drive to get things done, and ability to coach and inspire her teams to achieve excellence. Trupti is an active mentor in the Boston community and focuses on mentoring individuals from diverse backgrounds, generating interest in STEM both within the internal organization and in the Boston community. Trupti is a first generation immigrant and a proud mum to a 6 year old boy.
