Her experience in conducting needs analyses and developing innovative solutions with training and enablement programs drives positive results for organizations. Prior to her leadership roles, Tiffany developed custom cybersecurity training solutions for global enterprises – some of which were translated into 21 languages.

She is currently responsible for Optiv's Cybersecurity Education practice that delivers a variety of services to Optiv clients, including eLearning development, simulated phishing and program consulting. Additionally, the practice supports the enablement efforts of Optiv's Services organization, including career pathing, role-based training program development and new employee onboarding curriculums. She also serves as co-chair of Optiv's Services Culture Club, which has a vision to attract and retain the best talent in the industry, securing greatness with every client interaction.
