Ellit Groups
Women Leaders in Technology Consulting
After serving in healthcare executive leadership roles at organizations such as Sutter Health and the Cleveland Clinic, in 2019 Pamela Saechow founded Ellit Groups, a healthcare technology consulting firm, and one of the few MWBE firms in operation in the United States.
Born in Laos and raised from an early age by her grandmother, Pam grew up watching her grandmother serve as the medicine woman for their village, which had no access to outside healthcare services. Through the trust placed in her by their community, Pam's grandmother focused on how to best help families live healthier lives and she worked tirelessly as a healthcare advocate. That same spark to be of service to others lives within Pam, and her childhood, and her devotion to her beloved grandmother and the values she instilled in her granddaughter, serve as the driving catalyst for Pam's compassionate yet determined approach to improving patient outcomes, particularly for those most in need. In this way, Pam honors her grandmother's legacy daily through her own work as the CEO of Ellit Groups and the clients her company serves.
